I've been pretty busy entering photos in online competitions and posting all over the inter webs to spread the ZEN. Today I was notified that one of my images was in the Judge's picks for a theme of 'We are Family'. I chose the image I did because I loved the essence and power of the female spirit in the capture. The horns, the naked skin, the strength in their body language and the fact that I know these two women are like sisters. They are united in life and when I photographed them together, that love, that zest and that beauty came out. I love this image - it's one of my favorites and I am happy that it was recognized by another photographer and put forward as a contender.
